  My internship with OneIT at UNC Charlotte has provided hands-on experience supporting enterprise IT infrastructure and network operations. Working with Cisco networking equipment, troubleshooting connectivity issues, and assisting with hardware deployments has strengthened my understanding of how organizations maintain reliable technology environments. Collaborating with teams, identifying problems, and implementing solutions have expanded my skills in networking, systems administration, and problem solving.
